THE CONFERENCES
The conference format will be used to provide opportunities for meaningful fellowship, instruction, training, development, and spiritual enrichment for each segment of the Koinonia Jurisdiction.

MEN
An annual Men's Conference will be established to address the development of men in the church. Men from the Koinonia and other fellowships will come together to pray, praise, and learn. Men will be challenged to take their rightful places as head and priest of their homes and communities. They will be instructed and encouraged, based on biblical principles, to maximize and pursue excellence in every area of their own and their families' lives.

WOMEN
The Koinonia Jurisdiction has a very strong Women's Department that lends itself to the outreach of a Conference format. Annual Women's Conferences will be developed to enhance the Women's work even farther. Matters of concern to secular and churched women will be the focus in worship services and workshops.

YOUTH
Every local church comprising the Koinonia Jurisdiction has an existing Youth Department. The Koinonia Jurisdiction recognizes that the youth of any church represent its future: its vitality, its energy, its excitement are a dynamic force that must be challenged, trained, and directed for Christ. The Conference format will allow the Youth of the Koinonia Jurisdiction to unite with other, organized as well as unorganized youth, to address concerns and problems pertinent to youth.

CHURCH GROWTH
… And Jesus said, "If I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me." While churches in the new millennium must keep the biblical message steadfast, they must also remember that some of the methods of lifting Jesus have changed. Churches must be spiritually creative and inspired. Such media as television, radio, Internet, audio and videotape, CD and DVD recording, along with the printed page are vital opportunities to expanding the Kingdom of God as well as "growing the local church." The Koinonia Jurisdiction will have workshops throughout the region that will develop church leaders with the skills needed for effective church growth. Areas to be addressed will include the following: Administration, financial and legal issues, leadership identification and training, ministerial training, program development and coordination, and funding.

THE COMMUNICATION
The Koinonia Jurisdiction is comprised of churches from across the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Frequent and effective communication is vital to the success of the operation of the Koinonia Jurisdiction. Through various technologies and means, the churches, pastors, members, and friends of the Koinonia Jurisdiction will be able to keep informed and abreast of matters of importance.

NEWSLETTER
A Koinonia Jurisdiction newsletter will be published to communicate events, programs, and activities of the national church, jurisdiction, district, and local churches. Important functions will thus be communicated among various segments and departments. Information, schedules, deadlines, and calendars from the national church will be included.

A Special section, called "Ministry in Action" will focus on the members and or churches that are doing great things for the Kingdom of God.
